I was born and raised in northeastern China - Liaoning Province. My family and I immigrated to Canada after I graduated from elementary school at the age of 11. Since my teenage years, I've been a part of the Chinese congregations. I've done many translations for talks, and have led/assisted with Mandarin classes from the organization. I have also taught Chinese in one-on-one settings to friends and my wife who is Canadian. My lessons are friendly, patient, and conversation-focused. Whether you are a complete beginner, learning for travel, improving pronunciation, or practicing daily conversation, I will adapt lessons to your goals and learning style.
