Booking, Cancelling, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

📅 Booking & Scheduling

  • How far in advance can I book?
    You can schedule sessions up to 50 days in advance.

  • What’s the latest I can book a session?
    Bookings close 24 hours before the session start time.

  • What time zone will I see?
    All times are shown in your local time zone for convenience.
     

🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • How late can I cancel or reschedule?
    You must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the session start time via the “My Bookings” section of your Talk2Practice profile.
    ❗️ After this window, your session will be considered missed, marked as non-refundable, and deducted from your plan.

  • Is there a fee for cancelling late?
    Yes. Our cancellation fees are:

  • 💬 Free if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
    🕒 $20 USD if cancelled within 24 hours
    🚫 $35 USD for no-shows or cancellations under 1 hour

  • Can I reschedule multiple times?
    Yes, as long as it’s before your package expires and within the allowed reschedule window.
     

💵 Refunds & Missed Sessions

  • Are sessions refundable?
    ❌ No. All sessions, packages, and plans are non-refundable once purchased.

  • What happens if I miss a session?
    It will be considered dismissed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you did not purchase a package beforehand, you may still be charged for the missed session.
     

👥 Group Class Terms

  • Group classes follow a fixed schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If you miss a session, it will be forfeited.

  • Only classes cancelled by the teacher are refunded.
     

🧾 One-on-One Terms

  • Sessions must be scheduled between 24 hours and 50 days in advance.

  • Changes must be made at least 2 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations follow the standard policy above.

  • Both teacher and student must maintain respectful, professional behavior.
     

🔄 Unlimited Plan Terms

  • You’ll have access to an unlimited number of one-on-one lessons during the active period of your plan.

  • All sessions must follow the same booking window (24 hours to 50 days in advance) and rescheduling policy (at least 2 hours before).

  • No refunds are available once an Unlimited Plan has been activated.

  • If a payment fails or is not completed, all your upcoming bookings will be automatically cancelled. 👉 In that case, you’ll need to purchase a new Unlimited Plan and start booking again from scratch.

  • Abuse or misuse of the plan (e.g., excessive no-shows, repeated late cancellations) may result in review or suspension of your account.
     

⏳ Package Expiration Policy

  • Packages and Unlimited Plans have clear expiration dates, shown at purchase and in your profile.

  • Unused sessions expire with the plan—no refunds given.

  • We may grant a one-time extension for active, for 1 month, unexpired plans upon request. Extensions are not guaranteed.
