Booking, Cancelling, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

How far in advance can clients start booking? 35 days.

When is the latest clients can book the session? 21 hours.

How close to the start time can clients cancel or reschedule? 2 hour 5 minutes.

Cancellation and rescheduling can only be initiated by you through your Talk2Practice profile. To do so, please log in and go to My Bookings to see your upcoming bookings and select the cancel or reschedule option. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable, and should only be made if you no longer wish to attend the lesson. If you want to change the date or time of your lesson, please reschedule instead. You are allowed to reschedule as many times as you need before your package expires.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Q: How close to the start time can clients cancel or reschedule?
A: You can cancel or reschedule up to TWO HOURS before the start of your class. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being considered as dismissed, and you will not be able to reschedule a missed session.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for lessons or packages that have already been purchased. However, you may transfer or reschedule a session up to TWO HOURS before the start of your class. If you fail to attend your lesson, it will be considered as dismissed and no refund will be given. Please note that cancelled lessons are non-refundable.

Recordings:
To help our teachers with their promotion, every lesson will be recorded for 15 or 30 seconds.

Courses:
Please note that group lessons follow a fixed schedule and cannot be r
escheduled. If you cancel a session, you will lose that lesson and the course will continue until the last day. No refunds will be given for missed lessons or cancelled sessions.

Terms and Conditions for One-on-One Lessons:

Payment: Payment for lessons must be made in advance through our online platform. Lesson fees are non-refundable except in cases where the teacher cancels the lesson.

Scheduling: Lessons must be scheduled from 21 hours to 35 days in advance. Any changes to the lesson time must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

Cancellations: If a student bought a package of classes, the cancelled lesson will be automatically credited back to the student's account. If a student cancel a class without previously buying a package, the cancelled lesson will be charged. 

Conduct: Both the teacher and student are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during lessons. Any inappropriate behavior or language may result in the termination of the lesson and the suspension of the student's account.

Terms and Conditions for Group Classes:

Payment: Payment for group classes must be made in advance through our online platform. Class fees are non-refundable except in cases where the teacher cancels the class.

Scheduling: Group classes will be held at a designated time and date as indicated on our platform. Any changes to the class time or date will be communicated to students in advance.

Cancellations: If a group class is cancelled due to the teacher's absence, the student will be refunded the full class fee. If a student cancels their participation in a group class, no refund will be issued.

Conduct: All participants in group classes are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any inappropriate behavior or language may result in the removal of the student from the class and the suspension of their account.

Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Plans:

Payment: Payment for unlimited plans must be made in advance through our online platform. Refunds are not available for unlimited plans once the plan has been activated.

Access: Unlimited plan subscribers will have access to an unlimited number of one-on-one lessons during the plan's duration.

Scheduling: Lessons and classes must be scheduled from 21 hours to 35 days in advance. Any changes to the lesson or class time must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

Conduct: All participants in group classes and one-on-one lessons are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any inappropriate behavior or language may result in the termination of the lesson or class and the suspension of the student's account.

Recordings: If interested, an user of an Unlimited Plan can request Talk2Practice to record the lesson before it starts.

Refund Policy: No refund is giving in any case.
